XSL template for PDF export creation #21

Brief description of the enhancement:
User graphically create a template for PDF export.

Detailed use-case:
User clicks a "Create PDF template" button and enters an environment for 
template creation.
User arranges table field labels in a grid matching his needs.
Deleting labels, Inserting labels, Undo operations, ecc... should be provided.
After completing a page template, users click on save button and download an 
XSL file.
