Print templates for detail area #4

Detail area should be printable using a template.

A drop-down menu with all templates export formats should be added in the 
detail area toolbar. A user chooses a format and download a file with the 
exported record in desired format.

XSL files could be used to provide a printing template (see Issue 2, Issue 21).

A simple solution could be inserting a button in the detail area that recall 
the grid's toolbar PDF export for a single row (that one visualized in detail).
