Relaxes the jekyll dependency in the gemspec file to allow for Jekyll v4.0.

Your theme does not seem to be impacted by the few breaking changes introduced in Jekyll 4.0.

In fact, I am temporary using the source branch of this pull request on my blog and everything works pretty well so far.
