Rip to multiple versions of some coding at once #155

It's possible to rip both to MP3 and FLAC at the same time, but how about
MP3 with V0 and V2 at the same time? So I would have two directories, the
other with a worse encoding and the other with a better, and rubyripper
would rip those at the same time.

This is already possible with the 'other' encoding option. You just have to 
manually configure lame, but it will work just as well.
