Tracks are ripped several times #213

If I click on "Rip cd now!" directly after I have ripped the same CD with
the GTK+ GUI, the tracks are ripped twice. If I click on it again after
this, they are ripped three times and so on. This doesn't happen if I click
"Scan drive" between the ripping attempts.
r264 doesn't solve this problem.
