What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. adaptthresh.c uses missing function pixAdaptThresholdToBinary();

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The file prog/adaptthresh.c is obsolete and should not be included
in the leptonica distribution.  It will be removed as of 1.63.
