Structure Set contours don't display if contour data is not exactly co-incident with image data

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. installed on Windows (today)
2. opened H&N DICOM-RT (produced y Pinnacle)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see DOSE and STRUCTURES as they are listed, but no visuals. DVH 
works though.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
dicompyler_setup-0.4.1-1.win32 on WinXP

The problem is that the structure set contours will not display if the contour 
data is not exactly co-incident with the image data. Currently, dicompyler 
looks for the exact image plane to be present in the RTSS data. However, it 
could be off slightly due to a rounding difference between the datasets. The 
fix is to find the closest structure plane that matches the displayed image 
plane.

Regarding the dose issue, it seems that each dose file was exported as an 
individual beam dose. Please follow issue #44 for updates on this. In the 
meantime, export the dose for the whole plan/trial instead.
