I'm using this with drupal and the wysiwyg module, but I just can't get it to work. The icon is also missing...

Please update to the last version, the plugin now works with any kind of Youtube URL. About the icon, please check the Firebug's or Chrome's network console to see what image the browser is trying to get. It could be also a permission issue on the plugin's folder.
