it would be nice if the highlighted text that has been generated would be available in the pdf viewer as well, not that they need to be transformed into actual highlights that are generated from within the addon, just to be able to see the highlights.

I don't think I fully understand that one, you mean the highlighted text should be displayed somewhere (sidebar / bottom bar)?

if a pdf was highlighted in another programm like adobe reader or, in my case drawboard, the highlighted texts isn´t highlighted in anki..

However, this is the view in Anki:
