Aesthetic changes to Settings #189

Forgot to do a PR before your upload, but not too many things changed actually:

added toggle bookmarks/search on page shortcut settings for Quick Web Import
improved aesthetics of appearance color tab a bit
moved shortcuts to different tabs as there was too much input on one page
added Previewer button to tinyMDE -> if focus was lost, Cmd + P for toggling preview didn't work anymore.

Note that the QBoxLayouts even look nice when stretched now, same for the Appearance tab.
