The add-on closes to display only the fields as soon as I add a question, either by using the CTRL+ENTER shortcut or by pressing the "Add" button. Each time, I need to redisplay the application (with CTRL+F or the button).
I don't know if the problem is related, but the last time I added questions, before the last add-on update, I didn't have this problem.
