Incompatible with new MathJax functionality

Describe the bug While adding cards, the recently introduced (~v2.1.50) live preview feature for MathJax breaks when this add-on is enabled. More specifically, what's happening is that whatever is inside LaTeX delimiters should be processed and displayed as an SVG, but this functionality is not loaded in apparently. In effect, all concerned math snippets are obscured as broken images, as this feature may not be disabled.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enter the 'add' pane, with the add-on enabled.
2. In any text field of a new card, enter a MathJax environment and type anything within.
3. Voila.

I second that. I also wonder if the app is available not inside Anki itself (i.e. if it's possible to connect via AnkiConnect/etc)
