Confirm all meta data is present and correct #9

Initially set in Inkscape, and overwritten as needed in bin/forge.pe, make sure all values are up to google's recommendations.

Definitely make sure to explicitly call out SetTTFNames if needed. Add copyright notice and version to SetFontName and see if it needs to be appended to the non-human fontname. Google's standards should be used but this could be a good place to start

With ots-sanitize, currently only failing or erroring bin/lint on ftxvalidator (which is osx only) and vertical metrics
