Updated the update strategy to be in line with your other projects.

Now the user does not need to keep their main yaml file up to to date.

Notes:

Not sure yet on how to get the time in there as well with the optional servers setting.
Made the uptime / wifi diags optional, personally I never look at them so no need to add those records to the database.

Which is correct, as this needs to be a different branch. But I cannot update:

    ref: main

to:

    ref: remote_files

As then the main branch will get this change we don't want
