New Affixes #70

Thank you for your work! I find that new affixes from atlantis are not included.

Indeed, I'm working on those, of the Tinkerer for example is a really strange one that has no "property" but rather allows more than one relic/charm on an item. There's no property in the file for it, so I'm trying to figure out how to add it.
