Opening the 3D Graph vs Heatmaps Featured notebook creates an infinite browser reload loop #2754

I get an infinite page reload loop in the browser when I try to open the 3D Graph vs Heatmaps featured notebook from the Pluto landing page.

I do face the issue running the browser from a Windows 10 machine (I experience this issue both on Firefox and on Chromium) and also face it both when running the Pluto server on the local windows machine, or a remote linux server.

If it may help debugging, I do have the Pluto server use Malt as I have workspace_use_distributed_stdlib=false as kwarg to Pluto.run.
