Fix for fontello/svg2ttf#4 due to jDataView/jDataView#55.

Pointing to 3rd-prarty masters is not acceptable for releases.

It's not third-party, it's official repo which is definitely more safe even than npm :) Anyway please see https://github.com/jDataView/jDataView/issues/55#issuecomment-21667254 update.

You are 3rd-party verndor, relatively to svg2ttf. That's just a technical term. You can not guarantee, that any your package will be ok with svg2ttf. And it's not your job/duty to guarantee such things. That's why linking to foreign masters can not be safe.
