Reverts fontforge/fontforge.github.io#143

I'm reverting it because there's no obvious way to get to the new documentation, and some of the links on https://fontforge.org/en-US/documentation/ broke.

ah, oops. I wasn't planning on having it merged until after the release, but good pickup anyway. Since they're kind of expensive commits, I'm moving back master to cb2c3da4896e37ae4f52112c3e6be2398e284b95
