It is autogenerated now based on a formula's filename.

@ronaldtse Yes, it's better to finish it soon without contributing more effort here.

I'll write docs on the formula-suggestion feature, fix Hound offenses and this is it. This particular PR can be closed, since current work is done in https://github.com/fontist/fontist/pull/360 and https://github.com/fontist/formulas/pull/177.
