Which is the repository, we are going to use for creating new issues? :-)

This one. We can transfer core related stuff to corerepository issue tracker for tracking dev side tasks development. You can reference issues across repositories and Github makes it look nice just like an issue from the same repo :) Any comments?

I prefer a more friendly and an encouraging message :) Since we are trying to build a service on top of this I think we should go with a tone of a Customer Service than a plain issue tracker :) I see our customer care rep and devs discussing the issue with users :) I will push to the PR #38 a draft please review.
