Fix open-sauce-sans font files #30

Fixes https://github.com/fontsource/fontsource/issues/717

All the font files for Open Sauce Sans were previously empty.

In this PR I've updated them by downloading and converting the files from https://github.com/marcologous/Open-Sauce-Fonts

Interestingly the publisher did not detect any changes for this package so it didn't get marked for publish. Maybe generating file hashes for empty files broke something? Will need to investigate.
