✨ Add the Lextrall font #42

I have created a new font, Lextrall. This font adds a couple of features to the already amazing Lexend font, like old-style figures and small caps.

I am a little unsure if my additions are sufficient for having the font be variable. If there is anything else I must do, feel free to get back to me.

Additionally, I am willing to create exports for all supported subsets (latin, latin-ext and vietnamese) but I am unsure how to do that from FontLab and couldn't find any clues in the manual. If anyone can tell me how to do it I'll be more than glad to accommodate.

Hi! Thank you for the PR, it looks great 🎉

For custom font additions to this repo, we only support a very basic subset of the font. A single subset file and no variable font support. If you want to get support for those, you'd need to submit it to Google Fonts first before it trickles down to us with all the fancier gimmicks.

I'll go ahead and merge this PR though and it'll be automatically published at the end of this week. Let me know if you have any other questions.
