All of the above work with the woff2 version of the font.
(I found this corruption with a script that compares the file size in the WOFF header with the actual file size of all the fonts, and it detected a mismatch. But looking into the file more it seems like it is somehow already bad from nearly the beginning.)

wofffile for Peace Sans seems to be corrupted (thewoff2works fine though).I tested the font by dropping it in various online font view webapps, all of wich fail in different ways with the file:
