Add Libre Caslon Condensed #61

Adds the Libre Caslon Condensed font.

One note: while the WOFF2 files were included in the GitHub repo, the WOFF (without 2) files were not so I converted them using an online tool. I gave them a cursory check to make sure they won't garbage, but if there is a better way to do this, please let me know.
