Check for lack of HDMX and VDMX tables #2007

Per https://forum.glyphsapp.com/t/why-doesnt-glyphsapp-output-hdmx-and-vdmx-tables/9316/3 we should WARN if these tables are in the fonts, and get them removed.

Perhaps even FAIL? But if it was FAIL it would be a low priority one.

I assume HDMX is pointless now, but is VDMX really deprecated? It seems it is still useful, although I don't know if win apps use it.

Georg said "not yet" while Jens said "they're deprecated". Other than that there's no actual discussion on why.
