Reset pypi password for Travis and Appveyor #14

Apparently my anthrotype PyPi password has been compromised, thus the latest tagged CI build failed to upload the generated wheels to PyPI. I now have to re-encrypt my new credentials for this and all the rest of the repositories I maintain.. 😥
