Artifacthub chart page is not showing any verification/validation badge. There's no sign of ownership of the chart.

What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?

With the metadata file, Artifacthub perfomrs validation and ownership of the chart, displaying it on the chart page.

Does this PR introduce a breaking change? (What changes might users need to make in their application due to this PR?)
