The helm dependency update command fails because Truechart repo url is no longer working.

What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?

Helm chart dependencies from Truecharts are now correctly downloaded.

Does this PR introduce a breaking change? (What changes might users need to make in their application due to this PR?)

Yes. Users with an existing deployment must perform a dependency update before making any other change.
