The notes are present but LaTeX note manager will have to be built first. There are some stuff to be done first (like documentation) before publishing the notes for consistent and error-free UX when the notes has been pushed to the repo.
Due to the difficulty in getting started in TiddlyWiki, I guess the most optimal solution for now is to create it with LaTeX.
It can be viewed by most devices nowadays though the ease of distribution is downplayed compared to what could've been with TiddlyWiki. Besides there are multiple ways to extend notes from mine to another. Besides, the notes are getting more technical so the options of expressing technicalities such as chemical formula and mathematical expressions are getting narrower when it comes to the web.
LaTeX also has the advantage of having various options of creating graphics and mathematical expressions so that's another pro to the LaTeX.
