Validate frame fields as they are being set #11

Probably this'll involve adding __setattr__/__getattr__ to Frame.  Or maybe 
we can add properties on the fly?

This will also help with issue 9.  (Upgrading "foo" to ["foo"] for sequence 
fields.)
