should we delete admin/map.php #25

httpdocs/admin/map.php has it's own database connection and it not linked 
from the main admin page. Should we just get rid of it?

I say kill it, never finished and old code. Mike worked on this years ago. I'm
guessing if we ever do our own map system (which doesn't seem likely as linking
through to google maps seems to work quite well for now), then we'd have to 
start
again anyway...

OK, I will delete it. We can always go find it in source control history if 
necessary.
