Problem with Floating Scrollbar in APEX 5.1.2.009 #15

Hey Sebastian,

in your sample the floating bar works perfectly in Apex 5.1.3 but in my sample it wont work http://alexprohaska.at/apex/f?p=407:1:

on page 1 i got them work with interactive reports and "after refresh" but on page 2 they won't with classic report or static element.

mmmh... okay, browser was caching the functions what makes me crazy while testing :) in chrome with icognito-mode all regions works well with "after refresh". mixed content on the same page (interactive reports, classic reports and static content) works well 👍

good work, apex-soldier, great plugin! 🥇 stay on.
