Generating voice scripts is broken #14

The code for generating the voice scripts produces scripts for voices not installed on the system. This should be reviewed and only voice scripts for voices available on the system should be generated.

It seems like the configuration of some voices is also broken (especially Festival Nitech and other custom Festival voices).

i think this has been solved by removing voices that were broken - we have less voices now but as far as i can tell they all work (fingers crossed!!)
