Create Red5 client swf (subscriber) #27

At first the streaming functionality will be integrated by using a Red5 client swf which is uploaded as regular avatar in UpStage.

There is example code available on the Red5 code repository here: http://code.google.com/p/red5/

Current development branch contains stream.swf which allows to stream locally from Red5.
