Write dedicated "upstage" webapp for Red5 #37

Having an own webapp for Red5 would be nice to have the possibility to include own extensions to Red5. Base would be the "oflaDemo" of Red5. The webapp will be put into a new GitHub repository ("UpStage-Red5").

Possible extensions are:

transcode streams (e.g. to include a webRTC client)
audio/video conversion (e.g. allow to upload media in different formats)

Already functionality provided by "oflaDemo":

live broadcast
record live stream
playlists

Additionally it would be helpful to provide information on bandwidth, number of connected stream clients, etc ...
