Add icon overlay according to streamtype for avatar thumbnails in client #68

Add an overlay icon to an avatar in the client if the avatar has medium='stream'. The icon is used from the font "Font Awsome".

Possible types are:

audio stream (icon-volume-up)
video stream (icon-film)
live stream (icon-play-circle)

This only applies if the avatar has not used the built-in library image as then it already has the icon as image.

Currently the according stream icon for live, audio and video streams is used. Because the font "Font Awesome" does provides these icons and is already included into the client.swf it should be used in preference to library images.
