Hide Flash preview when displaying panel on new media edit page (HTML backend) #98

For performance reasons and to avoid interference of possible audio attachments to a Flash file the preview should be hidden while displaying a panel. On a performance level this avoids a repainting area in the browser and should lead to better performance.
