skip showing interface while opening last read book on startup #1067

It will be nice if there is option to hide interface while opening last book on app startup.

What parts of interface should be hidden if this option is implemented: Screenshot_20230223-130557_Librera_compressed

This is a feature (feature) of the application, we will not change it.

@shkoda963 showing ui while opening last book when freshly starting app is a feature? Why is this needed? There can be some small loading indicator, but i don't understand the need of showing all interface (and then hiding it...) when opening book.
