The default monospaced font is too small and IMO ugly. Please, have options for the default monospaced font and its size.
The following example shows how it is too small. Only default styles are applied.
I could use custom CSS, but, as long as it is on, the whole formatting of the book is off. (That could be for a different issue.) The only thing which should be different is the monospaced font, which currently seems to be the default one.
I think that Firefox could be an example of how font settings should be (almost) (shown below). There should be a setting for the default font (serif or sans-serif), default serif, default sans-serif and default monospaced, each one with a setting for size because some fonts appear larger than others.
