Support jp2 image format #1267

It would be cool to support the jp2 image format. especially for comic books. There are millions of jp2 books on archive.org, so there is a demand.

jp2_example_book.zip There you go. Rename to .cbz (uploading files with ending .cbz is not allowed).

Oh shit, yes, that was my bad. I just saw Page 1, Page 2 on another book. turns out the images were so huge that it was loading half a minute per page and i was not patient enough.
