Improve responsiveness of homepage #62

Homepage jumbotron does not respond well on mobile devices. Implement responsive solution using CSS and Bootstrap 3 classes.

The main jumbotron image is now responsive but the text isn't. Text is now in image, which means that it is not indexable by search engine. @sasali can you pull the text out of the image and use Bootstrap 3 responsive classes?
