partially fixed view modal issue #88

The setupViewModal was duplicated removed the unwanted one.

Fixed ::

  1. Edit feature for source now correctly toggles based on user. The bug was once you edit 1 source all other were beoming editable.

To Fix ::

  1. The value in the edit box is still picking previous stale value.
  2. Does not allow map owner to edit source.
