Synchronise articles of open orders #103

Often suppliers send updates when the order is open. At this moment, the prices of articles in open orders are taken when they are opened. Suppliers, however, expect to receive orders according to their last update.

When the shared database is updated, open orders should be synchronised. Or, if this is too complicated, at the very latest, this should happen before (or when) the order is closed.

If would be great if notifications could be send to the people responsible for the order, as well as members who have already ordered affected articles.

The focus of this fork has become getting relevant functionality upstream. If you need this feature, please open an issue with upstream foodsoft.
