Allow to hide tolerance #116

Some foodcoops want to fill the tolerance themselves and would like to hide the tolerance column for ordering. Before closing the order, they fill the remaining units themselves.

A new config option use_tolerance was added in f90a59f11e94957c843abc6a4da0e997222bf7df.
