Add account balance to dashboard #121

Foodcoop-adam cleaned up the dashboard page and removed the account history and balance. It would be useful to display the account balance on the dashboard, linking to transaction history.

For now, added to the user menu.

The focus of this fork has become getting relevant functionality upstream. If you need this feature, please open an issue with upstream foodsoft.
