Make receive & distribute work

The receive and distribution part (part of the current_orders plugin) turns out to be confusing to most people. This can use some usability love.

• [x] Move article and group PDFs from receive to distribute screen
• [x] Add Fax PDF button to receive screen for overview of articles for supplier
• [x] Cleanup Fax PDF
• [ ] Add total weight to Fax PDF
• [ ] Use expanded list in ordergroup overview (instead of drop-down select)
• [ ] Show only ordergroups that ordered, but allow adding ordergroup that didn't order
