Add transactions-by-ordergroup csv download #130

We need to have a CSV download listing each ordergroup with total amount payed, debited and transaction costs. Important for fc-kleingemaakt.

Desired columns (per ordergroup):

net sum
tax sum
foodcoop-price sum
transaction costs
service costs (e.g. for party hosting Foodsoft)
(previous account balance)
(resulting account balance)

It's a bit complicated to sum this in the database, considering the different columns we have. But it should be possible. User-interface wise, this is the plan to switch between transaction and ordergroup overview.

The focus of this fork has become getting relevant functionality upstream. If you need this feature, please open an issue with upstream foodsoft.
