Fix orderdoc download #136

In the orderdoc plugin for fc-ocnoord, the spreadsheet for BioRomeo appears to be empty for the past weeks.

Somehow the macro wasn't present (anymore?) in the foodsoft user's OpenOffice.org default macros.
