Show ordergroup ids #138

Some foodcoops like to use member numbers in addition to names. This is important especially when there are people with the same name (which does happen in reality). This is most important for ordering, so let's add the option to show a number with the ordergroup and member.

Vokomokum already has this, but as there is a need by others too, solve it in a more general way.

The focus of this fork has become getting relevant functionality upstream. If you need this feature, please open an issue with upstream foodsoft.
