Show order-specific sequence number on lists #145

When distributing, the use of a number in addition to an ordergroup (or foodcoop) name can speed things up. It is harder to find a crate called eindhoven-1234-2 then called 8, especially when there are no gaps between numbers.

This may mean that in an order [cycle], each participating member would get a number when the order is closed. Members added later to the order [cycle] receive a number higher than the others; number shouldn't change, since lists may be printed at different moments and still be used together.
